Ud\u00e1losti leto\u0161n\u00edho roku ale spole\u010dn\u011b se z\u00e1sahy \u010cesk\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed banky, kter\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161ila repo sazbu na 7 %, <strong>vedly k radik\u00e1ln\u00edmu zdra\u017een\u00ed<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/skippay.cz\/blog\/5-tipu-jak-poznat-pochybnou-pujcku\/\">\u00daroky<\/a> se tak aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d bankami pohybuj\u00ed okolo 6 %. A mnoho lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed o hypot\u00e9ce je\u0161t\u011b ned\u00e1vno uva\u017eovali, za aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch podm\u00ednek<strong> na \u00fav\u011br na bydlen\u00ed zkr\u00e1tka nedos\u00e1hne<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o do\u010dasn\u00fd v\u00fdkyv, nebo se vysok\u00e9 \u00faroky u hypot\u00e9k stanou standardem?<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><em><strong>CO JE REPO SAZBA?<\/strong><\/em><br><br><em>Repo sazba je <a href=\"https:\/\/skippay.cz\/blog\/5-znameni-ze-vas-pujcka-financne-nepolozi\/\">\u00farokov\u00e1 sazba<\/a>, kterou stanovuje \u010cesk\u00e1 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed banka (\u010cNB). U\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se p\u0159i finan\u010dn\u00edch operac\u00edch na voln\u00e9m trhu a \u010cNB s jej\u00ed pomoc\u00ed reguluje mno\u017estv\u00ed pen\u011bz v ekonomice. Repo sazba se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed sazba \u00faroku v situaci, kdy komer\u010dn\u00ed (obchodn\u00ed) banky vrac\u00ed p\u016fj\u010den\u00e9 pen\u00edze zp\u011bt \u010cNB. Ceny nemovitost\u00ed jsou vy\u0161ponovan\u00e9 na maximum a <strong>hypot\u00e9ky jsou dostupn\u00e9 pro st\u00e1le m\u00e9n\u011b lid\u00ed<\/strong>. To v praxi znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ten, kdo si chce p\u016fj\u010dit 5 000 000 K\u010d a je mu v\u00edce ne\u017e 36 let, mus\u00ed m\u00edt u\u017e na startu na\u0161et\u0159eno minim\u00e1ln\u011b 1 000 000 K\u010d, respektive 500 000 K\u010d, pokud je mu m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 36 let. Jen\u017ee zdaleka ne ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 takovou \u010d\u00e1stku k dispozici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spl\u00e1tek hypot\u00e9ky se ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b t\u00fdk\u00e1 i lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e hypot\u00e9ku maj\u00ed, ale<strong> kon\u010d\u00ed jim fixace \u00farokov\u00e9 sazby<\/strong>.
