V\u00fdrazn\u011b <strong>stoupla <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalkulator.cz\/plyn\">cena plynu<\/a> a uhl\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro v\u00fdrobu elekt\u0159iny, a v d\u016fsledku dlouh\u00e9 zimy se z\u00e1sobn\u00edky plynu postupn\u011b vypr\u00e1zdnily. Bude to ale sta\u010dit?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rostouc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dty za <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/elektrina\/\">elekt\u0159inu<\/a> ve spole\u010dnosti vyvolaly paniku. \u0158ad\u011b dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed i firem jejich dodavatel vypo\u010d\u00edtal dokonce n\u00e1sobn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1lohy, kter\u00e9 jim doslova <strong>ud\u011blaly \u010d\u00e1ru p\u0159es rozpo\u010det<\/strong>. Vl\u00e1da proto za\u010dala hledat \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, jak spot\u0159ebitel\u016fm alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b ulevit. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 se rozhodli sn\u00ed\u017eit svou z\u00e1vislost na elekt\u0159in\u011b a p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad na <a href=\"https:\/\/masoprofit.cz\/e-shop\/stroje-a-technologie\/termicka-technika\/varice-plotny-a-stolicky\">induk\u010dn\u00ed plotny<\/a> nebo p\u0159enosn\u00e9 va\u0159i\u010de, aby efektivn\u011bji vyu\u017e\u00edvali energii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong><em>Jak\u00e1 bude zima?<br><br><\/em><\/strong><em>Re\u00e1lnou spot\u0159ebu energi\u00ed a stav z\u00e1sob plynu ovliv\u0148uje samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i po\u010das\u00ed v chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm obdob\u00ed roku. Podle evropsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby Copernicus, kter\u00e1 se dlouhodob\u011b v\u011bnuje sledov\u00e1n\u00ed klimatu, by nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed zima m\u011bla b\u00fdt sp\u00ed\u0161e m\u00edrn\u00e1 a s nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdmi teplotami. To je pro energetick\u00fd trh i spot\u0159ebitele dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va.<\/em><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledkem je \u00fasporn\u00fd tarif \u2013 vl\u00e1dn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti: <strong>st\u00e1tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek a odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed poplatku na podporu obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie (POZE)<\/strong>. Opat\u0159en\u00ed se na vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed za energii za\u010dalo projevovat v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u0159\u00edjna 2022. Na \u00falevu maj\u00ed automaticky n\u00e1rok v\u0161echny dom\u00e1cnosti, kter\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed elekt\u0159inu, krom\u011b t\u011bch s v\u00edkendovou distribu\u010dn\u00ed sazbou D61d a \u200dse sazbou \u200dD27d pro \u200delektromobilitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jak\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek v r\u00e1mci \u00fasporn\u00e9ho tarifu dostanete?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>3 \u200d500 \u200dK\u010d <\/strong>dostanou dom\u00e1cnosti s distribu\u010dn\u00ed sazbou D01d, D02d a D25d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 \u200d000 \u200dK\u010d<\/strong> dostanou dom\u00e1cnosti s distribu\u010dn\u00ed sazbou D26d, D35d, D45d, D56d nebo D57d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u0161em dom\u00e1cnostem jsou tak\u00e9 do\u010dasn\u011b odpu\u0161t\u011bny poplatky za obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje (POZE), a to <strong>ve v\u00fd\u0161i 599 \u200dK\u010d za ka\u017edou spot\u0159ebovanou MWh elekt\u0159iny.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Spotov\u00fd tarif je jen pro odv\u00e1\u017en\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Asi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161ok z nov\u00fdch z\u00e1loh za\u017eili spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 s takzvan\u00fdmi spotov\u00fdmi tarify. Cena elekt\u0159iny v jejich p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b <strong>z\u00e1vis\u00ed na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci na energetick\u00e9 burze, na z\u00e1klad\u011b kter\u00e9 se dynamicky m\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. Jde tedy o v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro chv\u00edle, kdy se ceny energi\u00ed pohybuj\u00ed relativn\u011b n\u00edzko, jako tomu bylo v uplynul\u00fdch letech. Spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 tak za elekt\u0159inu nezaplat\u00ed v\u00edce, ne\u017e je nutn\u00e9. Stejn\u00fd princip ale funguje, i kdy\u017e ceny v\u00fdrazn\u011b vzrostou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/skippay.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/energeticka-krize.jpg\" alt=\"\u00da\u010dty za energie\" class=\"wp-image-6600\" style=\"width:600px;height:400px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/skippay.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/energeticka-krize.jpg 800w, https:\/\/skippay.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/energeticka-krize-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/skippay.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/energeticka-krize-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/skippay.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/energeticka-krize-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Posledn\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edce prob\u011bhly ve znamen\u00ed zdra\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I kdy\u017e extr\u00e9mn\u00ed ceny na energetick\u00e9 burze v pr\u016fb\u011bhu podzima m\u00edrn\u011b padaj\u00ed, dom\u00e1cnosti se spotov\u00fdm tarifem zkr\u00e1tka podstupuj\u00ed riziko, \u017ee jak\u00e9koliv v\u00fdkyvy (a\u0165 u\u017e sm\u011brem dol\u016f, nebo nahoru) poc\u00edt\u00ed jako prvn\u00ed. P\u0159ed extr\u00e9mn\u00edmi cenami je ale na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b bude chr\u00e1nit<strong> zastropov\u00e1n\u00ed cen<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 za\u010dne platit od 1. ledna 2023.<br><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"su-box su-box-style-default\" id=\"\" style=\"border-color:#009f63;border-radius:3px;max-width:none\"><div class=\"su-box-title\" style=\"background-color:#19D296;color:#FFFFFF;border-top-left-radius:1px;border-top-right-radius:1px\">TIP!<\/div><div class=\"su-box-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"border-bottom-left-radius:1px;border-bottom-right-radius:1px\">D\u00edky <b><a href=\"https:\/\/skippay.cz\/karta\">Skip kart\u011b<\/a><\/b> m\u00e1te v\u017edy po ruce finan\u010dn\u00ed rezervu. T\u0159eba i na \u00fa\u010dty za energie.<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zastropov\u00e1n\u00ed cen energi\u00ed ulev\u00ed dom\u00e1cnostem i firm\u00e1m<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dasporn\u00fd tarif od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku vyst\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 cenov\u00fd strop podle pl\u00e1nu, kter\u00fd vypracovalo Ministerstvo pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu. Ten <strong>bude platit po cel\u00fd rok 2023 <\/strong>s mo\u017enost\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho prodlou\u017een\u00ed. U elekt\u0159iny bude zastropov\u00e1na cel\u00e1 spot\u0159eba pro v\u0161echny dom\u00e1cnosti a dal\u0161\u00ed subjekty, kter\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed hladinu n\u00edzk\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed. Pro mal\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u00ed firmy, kter\u00e9 jsou napojen\u00e9 na hladinu vysok\u00e9ho a velmi vysok\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed, bude cenov\u00fd strop platit pro 80 % z nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159eby za posledn\u00edch p\u011bt let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><em><strong>Jak vl\u00e1da nastavila cenov\u00fd strop u energi\u00ed?<\/strong><br><br><strong>ELEKT\u0158INA:<\/strong> Cenu elekt\u0159iny vl\u00e1da stanovila na 5 K\u010d za KWh bez DPH, tedy na 6,05 K\u010d s DPH. Pro spot\u0159ebitele to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee za KWH zaplat\u00ed od 7 do 9 K\u010d.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>PLYN: <\/strong>Cena plynu byla zastropov\u00e1na na 2,50 K\u010d za KWh, tedy 3,025 K\u010d s DPH.<br><br>U obou komodit byl tak\u00e9 stanoven st\u00e1l\u00fd m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed plat za dod\u00e1vku ve v\u00fd\u0161i 130 K\u010d za odb\u011brn\u00e9 m\u00edsto.<\/em><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Zastropov\u00e1n\u00ed cen za\u010dne stejn\u011b jako \u00fasporn\u00fd tarif<strong> platit automaticky<\/strong>, ani\u017e by dom\u00e1cnosti nebo firmy musely o cokoliv \u017e\u00e1dat. V\u011bt\u0161ina dodavatel\u016f u\u017e sv\u00fdm klient\u016fm rozeslala rozpis z\u00e1loh, kter\u00fd u\u017e cenov\u00fd strop zohled\u0148uje. Pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 spot\u0159ebitele by zastropov\u00e1n\u00ed cen mohlo znamenat \u00fasporu ve v\u00fd\u0161i 30 a\u017e 40 %.<br><br><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rusk\u00e1 agrese na Ukrajin\u011b, kter\u00e1 vypukla koncem leto\u0161n\u00edho \u00fanora, zp\u016fsobila paniku na glob\u00e1ln\u00edm trhu s energiemi.
